BORNEO DIVERS MABUL RESORT PACKAGE

HERE IS A SAMPLE OF ITINERARY BASED ON 5 DAYS 4 NGIHTS, THE SPECIFICS OF YOUR TRIP MAY VARY DEPENDING ON CHANGES IN TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULES.

DAY 01 - ARRIVAL TAWAU / SEMPORNA / MABUL ISLAND / MABUL RESORT
First Schedule 0745hrs - Meet and greet at airport, transfer to Semporna Town by van/coach for approx. 1½ hours journey. Upon reaching and depart by speed boat around 1000hrs to Mabul Island approx. 45 min - 1 hour journey, depending on the sea or weather condition. Expected to arrive Mabul Island at 1100hrs and proceed for briefing, registration and check in Mabul Resort. Lunch will be serving at noontime.

They will be 2 boat dives on your first day arrival and one of the boat dives will be an orientation dive with our Divemaster (Subject to 1st schedule arrival).

Second Schedule 1420hrs - Meet and greet at airport, transfer to Semporna Town by van/coach for approx. 1½ hours journey. Upon reaching and depart by speed boat around 1600hrs to Mabul Island approx. 45 min - 1 hour journey, depending on the sea or weather condition. Expected to arrive Mabul Island at 1700hrs and proceed for briefing, registration and check in Mabul Resort. Dinner will be serving.

NOTE: FOR THOSE ARRIVE ON THE SECOND SCHEDULE, ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANY DIVING ON THE ARRIVAL DAY. THEY WILL DO 3 BOAT DIVES ON THE DAY 02, ONE OF WHICH THE BOAT DIVE IS THE ORIENTATION DIVE.

DAY 02, 03, 04 - MABUL RESORT
After breakfast, free at own leisure.

DIVER - 3 boat dives a day which the dives will be at Sipadan Island, Mabul Island or Kapalai Island. Unlimited Jetty House Reefs Dive in Mabul Island.

*Sipadan Island Dives subject to Quota and Weather permitting. Diving at Sipadan may be anytime of the day.

NON-DIVER - can be snorkerling on island. Snorkeling equipment can be rent at the resort. (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

NOTE: ENTERING SIPADAN ISLAND IS REQUIRE PERMIT AND MAY NOT BE APPROVED ON CERTAIN DAYS IF THE QUOTA EXCEED. APPROVAL IS ISSUED BY SABAH PARK EARLY ONE DAY BEFORE ENTERING THEREFORE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TELL IN ADVANCE. GUEST CAN DIVE IN SIPADAN WILL BE CHARGED RM 40.00 PER PERSON PER DAY THAN CAN BE PAID AT THE RESORT. SIPADAN AT THIS PRESENT MOMENT ONLY ALOOWED 100 PERSON PER DAY. WE ARE HOLD NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO DIVE EVERDAY IN SIPADAN DUE TO CONSERVATION DONE BY OUR GOVERMENT. WE CAN ONLY TRY OUR BEST TO ARRANGE EVERY OF OUR GUEST TO DIVE AT SIPADAN.

DAY 05 - MABUL RESORT / SEMPORNA / TAWAU
After breakfast, free at own leisure in the morning. Check-out, we have two departures from Mabul to Semporna. First schedule at 0630hrs and Second Schedule is at 1130hrs. (Breakfast)  

NOTE: ADVISABLE NO DIVING ON THE LAST DAY. HOWERVER, IF YOU WISH TO DO SO, YOU WILL HAVE TO SIGN A SEPARATE LIABILITY / RELEASE WAIVER FORM. THE LATEST RECOMMENDATION FORM DAN, TRAINING AGENCIES, ETC., INDICATE THAT YOU SHOULD WAIT A MINIMUM OF 18 HOURS AND SOMETHINGS UP TO 24 HOURS AFTER DIVING BEFORE YOU FLY. HOWEVER, BORNEO DIVERS RECOGNIZES THAT PEOPLE, AGENCIES AND EVEN COMPUTERS / TABLE DIFFER ON THIS.

FOR THOSE WHO DO MORNING DIVE (ONE MORNING BOAT DIVE AT MABUL ONLY) ON DAY OUT PLEASE NOTE BAR BILL MUST BE SETTLED THE NIGHT BEFORE, ALL BELONGINGS MUST BE CLEARED AND CHECKED OUT BEFORE THE FIRST MORNING BOAT DIVE.

The above price Included:
• Airport - Hotel return transfer within Kota Kinabalu on arrival and departure day.
• Schedule land transfer from Tawau Airport to Semporna return by van / coach (1st Schedule - 0745am and 2nd Schedule - 0220pm)
• Schedule boat transfer from Semporna to Mabul Island return.
• Semi-Detached chalet at Mabul Island.
• 3 Meals a day plus light sbacks and beverages while at the Dive Resort. (Except alcoholic and/ or carbonated soft drinks)
• 3 boat dives a day between Mabul, Kapalai and Sipadan Island with our Professional Divemaster.
• Unlimited Jetty House Reef Dive in Mabul Island. (Conditions Applied)
• Boat, tanks, weight and weightbelt.

The above price Excluded:
• Others diving equipment sets.
• Gratuities for Guide.
• Night Dive is at RM 50.00 per pax/ per boat dive with minium 3 paxs (with our Professional Divemaster)
• Sipadan Entry Permit RM 40.00 per person per day.
• Tawau Airport to Tawau Hotel are chargeable.

Term and conditions:
• All rate are based on Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
• 50% non-refundable deposit is required once your booking is confirmed.
• Payment must be settling before the arrival date.
• RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE IF BOOKING LESS THAN 2 MONTHS.
• Child 12 years old and above is chargeable on Adult Rate.
• Child below 12 years old will be Triple-Sharing with Parents / Guardian.
• Child below 2 years old is Free of Charge (Triple-Sharing with Parents / Guardian)

SIPADAN WATER VILLAGE RESORT PACKAGE

HERE IS A SAMPLE OF ITINERARY BASED ON 5 DAYS 4 NGIHTS, THE SPECIFICS OF YOUR TRIP MAY VARY DEPENDING ON CHANGES IN TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULES.

DAY 01 - ARRIVAL TAWAU / SEMPORNA / MABUL ISLAND / SIPADAN WATER VILLAGE RESORT
Meet and greet at airport (0600hrs ~ 1800hrs), transfer to Semporna Town by van/coach for approx. 1½ hours journey. Upon reaching and depart by speed boat around 1000hrs to Mabul Island approx. 45 min - 1 hour journey, depending on the sea or weather condition. Expected to arrive Mabul Island at 1100hrs and proceed for briefing, registration and check in.

They will be 2 boat dives on your first day arrival and one of the boat dives will be an orientation dive with our Divemaster (Subject to 1st schedule arrival).

DAY 02, 03, 04 - SIPADAN WATER VILLAGE RESORT
After breakfast, free at own leisure.

DIVER - Includes 3 boat daily (Except on arrival and NO DIVES on departure day) with one dive per day to Sipadan Island, Mabul Island or Kapalai Island. Unlimited mabul House Reef shore diving from 0600hrs ~ 1800hrs, weight, weight belt and tanks. Unused portion of the dives is not refundable and not transferable. Full set of scuba diving equipment is NOT included in the package. Full set rental is charged RM 80 per day, inclusive of BCD, regulator, mask, snorkel, fins and booties.

Please to be advice that our scuba tank is K-valve 12L aluminum tanks and we do not have NITROX facilities in our resort.

*Sipadan Island Dives subject to Quota and Weather permitting. Diving at Sipadan may be anytime of the day.

SUNSET DIVE & NIGHT DIVE - Dive center also offer guided sunset (Mandarin fish mating) and guided night dive in Sipadan Water Village hourse reef (paradise 1 or 2). Both are charges RM 50 and will be collect in the reosrt. To participate in the night dive required 50 logged dive with at least one night dive experience for Open Water Diver or Advanced Open Water Diver with certified night dive.

NON-DIVER - Can be snorkerling on island. Snorkeling equipment will be provided for guests who wish to snorkeling in Sipadan Water Village house reef, Pradise 1 and 2 between 0800hrs ~ 1800hrs. Package is ONLY inclusive 1 boat snorkelling to nearby Island. For extra trip, RM 50.00 per person per trip applies. (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

DAY 05 - SIPADAN WATER VILLAGE RESORT / SEMPORNA / TAWAU
After breakfast, free at own leisure in the morning. Check-out, boat transfer to Semporna and continue to Tawau Airpot by land transfer. (Breakfast)  

The above price Included:
• Airport meeting services in Tawau (0600hrs ~ 1800hrs)
• Return land transfer from Tawau to Semporna.
• Return speedboat transfer from Semporna to Tawau.
• Twin share water cottage accommodation with private sundeck.
• Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner (Except on arrival and departure day)

The above price Excluded:
• Others diving equipment sets.
• Gratuities for Guide.
• Night Dive is at RM 50.00 per pax/ per boat dive with minium 3 paxs (with our Professional Divemaster)
• Sipadan Entry Permit RM 40.00 per person per day.
• Tawau Airport to Tawau Hotel are chargeable.
• After 1800hrs airport meeting services fee - RM 200 per van (Max of 08 pax)

Term and conditions:
• 50% non-refundable deposit is required once your booking is confirmed.
• A deposit of USD 100 per person would be required upon blocking the space or if the date is within one month, full payment would be required.
• Full payment would be requiried one month from the arrival date.
• Without any deposit, room shall be automatically.
• In case of cancellation, any payment made would not be refundable but is transferable to other dates within one year from the cancellation. All items in the package are non-refundable or transferable.
• RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE IF BOOKING LESS THAN 2 MONTHS.
• Child 12 years old and above is chargeable on Adult Rate.
• Child below 12 years old will be Triple-Sharing with Parents / Guardian.
• Child below 2 years old is Free of Charge (Triple-Sharing with Parents / Guardian)
• Minumum number of pax required per trip is 02 pax. Single traveller is subject to coincide with our scheduled transfers.
• The resort only accepts notes like USD, YEN and EURO. Please take note all note have to be in good condition. If there is any tear, dirty like have ink or writing are not acceptable.
• All USD bank notes starting with CB, DB & DF will not be accepted as legal tender. As these notes are NOT accepted by our Malaysian Banks or money changers.
• Valid until 31st March 2010.
