1. All rates are based on Ringgit Malaysia.
2. 50% unrefundable payment is required before commencing of tours. .
3. Compulsory Tour Guide Fee from RM40.00 - RM80.00 per person except children below 2 years old, depends on type of tours .
4. Booking for tour packages must be at lease 1 -2 months in advance and 48hrs in advance for optional/excursion tours and 50% non refundable deposit will be collected upon booking.
5. PRICE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE IF BOOKING IS LESS THEN ONE MONTH.
6. 15% surcharge for all Malaysian festival season e.g. Harvest Festival, Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Christmas etc.
7. We have to charge 25% for cancellation make within 30 days and 100% charge for cancellation make within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
8. IDEAL HOLIDAYS (B) SDN BHD acts only as an agent for all hotels, transport carriers, passenger boats, tourist office and all other contractors and such as shall not be responsible for any irregularity, delay, loss, damage, accident, changes of airline schedules, strikes, political or civil commotion etc caused by or arising from circumstances beyond our control.
9. Single supplement add 50% from the adult price.
10. To protect you and IDEAL HOLIDAYS, we suggest all client to be adequately insured with Travel Insurance.
11. We also reserved the right to change the itineraries with or without notice if found in the best of all concerned.
