TERM AND CONDITIONS

All rates are based on Ringgit Malaysia and based on SIC.

Child with Half Twin sharing with adult 100% of adult rate. 80% with extra bed 60% for without bed.

All rate and Itinerary are correct at time of updated and subject to change without prior notice.

Tour Guide & driver gratuities compulsory settle before date of arrival.

Rates mention NOT Applicable during Chinese New Year or any other festive seasons and subject to change without notice.

50% unrefundable payment is required before commencing of tours. .

Booking for tour packages must be at lease 1 -2 months in advance and 48hrs in advance for optional/excursion tours and 50% non refundable deposit will be collected upon booking.

All rates is exclusive Administration & Services Fees RM 3.00 per pax are NON-REFUNABLE.

No refund will be made for any unused or missed tour feature including sightseeing, meals or hotels.

All cancellations must be made in writing to IDEAL HOLIDAYS (BORNEO) SDN BHD. The date of receipt of said cancellation will determine what penalties, if any, will be assessed. Cancellation penalties are as follows:
• 14 – 08 working days: 50 % of total price.
• 07 – 03 working days: 75 % of total price.
• 02 working days or less or no-show: 100% of total price.

IDEAL HOLIDAYS (B) SDN BHD acts only as an agent for all hotels, transport carriers, passenger boats, tourist office and all other contractors and such as shall not be responsible for any irregularity, delay, loss, damage, accident, changes of airline schedules, strikes, political or civil commotion etc caused by or arising from circumstances beyond our control.

To protect you and IDEAL HOLIDAYS, we suggest all client to be adequately insured with Travel Insurance.

We also reserved the right to change the itineraries with or without notice if found in the best of all concerned.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment by Telegrafic Transfer (TT)
Please go to any International Bank, tell the Customer Service Officer that you wish to TT a payment to MALAYSIA. They will give you a form and you have to fill up all the information has been given below. Then they will help you to remmit the payment to our company account then scan the transaction slip and email to us as an acknowledgement of payment.
